The title was coined by my friend Freshman who, just like me, has worked a little too much lately and asked if there was such a thing; a Medically Induced Vacation.

I recorded the Baltic Sea in the middle of the night at Sudersand, Fårö, Gotland, in August 2020 using a Zoom H6. It's been laying on my disk since then and I thought they'd fit to this piece.

The cover photo was shot at Holmudden, Fårö, Gotland on the same trip.
